Cover reveal: Heidi, Corrupted – an ex-wife sharing romance
The creative genius who is Kenny Wright has done me the great honor of designing another one of my covers — this time for an “ex-wife sharing romance” that will hopefully emerge later this month, “Heidi, Corrupted”.
This is the story of a marriage that breaks down because the passion fades, and the husband (Joe) figures he’s really the wrong person for his wife, Heidi. Some time after the end of their marriage, Heidi returns to Joe — but not to ask him to take her back.
She wants him to help her move on, to figure out what went wrong, and how she can improve her relationships in future. Despite their differences, Joe’s willing to help her, and feels sorry for her for losing her self-confidence. Only, as he’s giving her suggestions on how to make herself more presentable to the opposite sex, their little project develops into Joe setting her up to hook up with other men, and even take them home to bed.
And with other men going wild for her after her makeover, Joe’s own desire for her is rekindled.
Anyway, it’s a fairly straightforward tale, I think, but has been interesting for me to write. It sees Joe taking on a little more dominant role than husbands in my previous stories.
This was originally going to be a longish short story or a novella, but it’s currently at 53,000 words, so it’s going to be a full-length novel. I’m anticipating the first draft will be complete next week, and then hopefully the editing/beta reading process will be accomplished before the end of March.
So, look out for “Heidi, Corrupted” later in March 2016. There’ll be a link from this website, and all the usual places.
Meanwhile, if you haven’t caught my latest batch of short hotwife stories, Wives with Benefits Volume 2, you can grab your copy from Amazon right now, here.
Until next time, thanks for reading!
